Refund policy

Here at Stir and Mixxes, we carefully inspect our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if you can provide photos that show proof of damage. Photos will need to be  submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time. We cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Refunds

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
